If you’re anything like me, you had no clue that your role as mom (or dad) could make you feel so burned out. I’m talking stretched thin — I can’t do one more thing — The idea of parenting today exhausts me — kind of feeling. Sound familiar?

Hi there!  I’m Dr. Ashurina Ream.  I’m a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the care of parents during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.  I’m also a mom.  I’ve helped thousands of parents navigate the challenges that come along with caring for their children.  My super power is offering support in an authentic way.  Don’t get me wrong—it will be backed by the latest research, but I won’t overcomplicate things.  I know that parenting takes up so much of your time (maybe all of your time) so I want to be sure I’m offering applicable tools in a clear way.

I created this course because I know the demands of parenting have skyrocketed.  I know that parents are under immense pressure to do it all and be everything—this isn’t sustainable.  Creating an online course tackling the beast that is burnout was a no brainer.  I know you’ll find the tools I share in Overcoming Parental Burnout helpful.
